The 9M21 (9М21) are a series of large-calibre (544 mm) rail-launched Russian unguided artillery rockets that are part of the 9K52 Luna-M (9К52 Луна-М) system. Those based on the 9M21 (R-65) rocket are thought to be referred to as the FROG-7A by NATO, whilst those based on the 9M21-1 (R-70) rocket are thought to be referred to as the FROG-7B.
