The 3VO16 (3ВО16) is a Russian 203 mm artillery round, which is comprised of the 203 mm 3-O-14 (3-О-14) dispenser (cargo, cluster, etc.) projectile, the 4-Zh-3 (4-З-3) reduced variable charge, and UT-36 (УТ-36) or I-19 (И-19) tube (primer).
