The 3BM6 (3БМ6) is a Soviet-era-developed, Russian Federation, 115 mm armour-piercing, fin-stabilised, discarding-sabot tracer (APFSDS-T) projectile assembly. The 3BM6 replaced the earlier 3BM4 (3БМ4) projectile assembly of the 3UBM4 (3УБМ4) round, which was introduced, it is though, in 1961. The 3BM6 was itself later replaced by the 3BM21 (3БМ21) projectile assembly of the 3UBM9 (3УБМ9) round, which was introduced in the mid to late 1970s....
