The EMCO D-EM-843B is a Bulgarian 120 mm cast iron-bodied smoke mortar bomb that is used for the battlefield obscuration. The D-EM-843B is presumed to be a clone of the Russian 3D5 (3Д5), which uses a bomb body and stabilising fin unit based on that of the 53-OF-843B (53-ОФ-843Б) HE-frag mortar bomb.
