Overview The 3OF74 projectile, and the 3VOF119 (Ru: 3ВОФ119) and 3VOF119 (Ru: 3ВОФ119) rounds it is part of (see ‘Rounds’ area), are thought to have been developed by JSC SPA Bazal't (Ru: АО НПО Базальт).
