The Toophan 4 (توفان 4 or توفان ۴), its name meaning Storm 4, Tornado 4, or Typhoon 4 in English, is an Iranian-developed, wire-guided, direct-attack, anti-structure, anti-personnel, anti-matériel, guided missile, which is armed with a single thermobaric warhead. The Toophan 4, also seen as Toophan 4 (توفان-4 or توفان-۴), is thought to be based on 'Basic Toophan', which is itself based on the US-developed BGM-71B, also known as the 'ER TOW'....
