The V-69 is a large APBF mine developed from the Italian V-59 and similar to the Italian P-40. The mine can be initiated by pressure or tripwire. Copied by Singapore and by South Africa as the J69. Italy has banned the production, transfer and use of all AP mines, and has destroyed its operational stockpiles.
