The T-AB-1 is a small, plastic-cased, pressure-operated, anti-personnel blast (APB) mine. Unlike many APB mines the T-AB-1 was used, in conjunction with an additional pressure shear plate, as the fuze and booster (initiator) of a far larger anti-tank blast mine.
