Shawaz-1 (variant of Shawaz-8)
Shawaz-1 is a variant of the Shawaz-8, produced and used by the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, along with Iranian proxy groups. It is a is an anti-tank, off-route mine, that is part of the Shawaz family. This is not to be confused with the original 40 kg NEQ Shawaz-1 which no longer appears to be fielded.
