The ‘Scatterable Anti-Personnel Fragment Mine’ (SAPM) is a Chinese anti-personnel fragmentation (APF) mine. The SAMP is similar to the Russian POM-2 (ПОМ-2), and like it can be laid by 122 mm rockets, or ground vehicle-based systems. The SAMP is believed to be in production and was formerly offered for export.
