PRB M111
The PRB-111 is a pressure operated AT mine similar in size to the PRB M3. This mine is believed to be obsolete. The central cavity accepts the M5 pressure fuze. When sufficient pressure is applied to the attached pressure plate, the M5 fuze is distorted causing igniters inside to strike; this energy is then channelled down to the the detonator assembly, triggering initiation of the main charge.
