MAT/6
The MAT/6 is a blast-resistant anti-tank blast mine. The mine uses a pneumonic fuze mechanism which makes it highly resistant to shock, including all forms of explosive countermeasure. This mine is no longer in production. Inert training versions of this mine were also produced. The MAT/6 has a built in safety mechanism to prevent accidental explosion during storage and handling. The operating temperature of this mine is -31°C to +70°C.
