MAT/5
The MAT/5 is a blast-resistant anti-tank blast mine. This mine uses a pneumatic transfer fuze making it highly resistant to explosive countermeasures. This mine is no longer in production. Inert training versions were also manufactured. The mine functions either way up, in water, or up to 1m deep in snow. The MAT/5 can be fitted with an anti-lift device. The operating temperature temperature of this mine is -31°C to +70°C.
