The M52 (М52) is a former Yugoslavian, egg-shaped, steel-bodied fragmentation hand grenade. The M52 uses an M50 (М50) series, brass-bodied, percussion-primed, igniter system. The M52 is essentially an M50 grenade, differing only in that it has a one-piece steel body and not a two-piece welded steel body.
