The M1 Incendiary Grenade was developed by the United States as it entered the Second World War. Various models of the M1 Incendiary exist, but all seem to use a gasoline based main charge with a standard US M1/2/3 igniter fuze. The most common model used was the M1 AW. This grenade featured a phosphorous, rubber and gasoline charge. Incendiary grenade. Chemical variants of the M1 were also produced.
