The M624 fuze is a pressure-actuated tilt-rod fuze used with the US M15 AT mine. The fuze consists of the M607 fuze assembly connected to an adaptor loaded with a delay mechanism. The M624 incorporates a spring-loaded firing pin, tilt rod, pressure ring and plastic collar. The fuze is armed by removing a safety pin which retains the pressure ring.
