The FFV 447 is a Swedish-developed mechanical time and superquick (MTSQ) impact fuze, which is used with the HE 441B 84 mm, high-explosive fragmentation (HE-frag) round. The FFV 447 or its components are also known to be produced in India by companies such as Micron Instruments Private Limited, Sandeep Metal Craft Private Limited and ALCAST India.
