The BU-105.M79 (БУ-105.М79) is a Yugoslav proximity fuze for 105 mm artillery projectiles. The BU-105.M79 fuze is powered by a wind-driven turbine present in its nose. In case the proximity function fails, the fuze has an impact back-up. The BU-105.M79 may also be referred to as just the BU-105 (БУ-105), or M79 (М79). The BU-105.M79 would seem to be based on the Norwegian NVT and ZONAR series of proximity fuzes.
