The AN-MK 230 is a US World War 2-era hydrostatic (water pressure) tail fuze for use in anti-submarine warfare munitions (bombs and depth charges). There many different models (MOD) of the fuze, though three are common, the MOD 4, MOD 5, and the MOD 6.
