3T4
The 3T4 (3T4) is a Russian mechanical time (MT) fuze, which is used with the 3F5 (3Ф5) Smel’chak (Смельчак) guided projectile. The 3T4 has a igniferous (non-detonating) gas producing output, which is used to operate a piston assembly that pushes off the 3F5 seeker's ejectable nose cover (tip). The 3T4 is based on the T-90 (T-90) fuze, primarily differing from it in that it has no impact function.
