The 3UOR1 (RU: 3УОР1) is a Soviet-era-developed, Russian Federation, 23 mm (23×152B) high explosive incendiary tracer (HEI-T) cannon round. The round's ≈188.5 g HEI-T projectile, OFZT (RU: ОФЗТ) in Russian, may be fuzed with an earlier MG-25 (RU: МГ-25) fuze, or one of two later model fuzes; the V19U (RU: В19У), or the V19UK (RU: В19УК).
