An improvised bomb exploded at Sitio Lagasan, Barangay Kulay Bato, Lamitan City, Basilan on Nov 7 night, no injuries reported. Responding elements of the 64th Infantry Battalion and Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit recovered another improvised explosive device (IED) on the scene. Abu Sayyaf group is believed to be behind the IEDs.
