Two Syrian rebel leaders belonging to Saraya Ahl al Sham have reportedly been injured in an explosion in the Lebanese border town of Arsal. An explosive device had been planted by militants from the Islamic State (IS) in the Al-Malahi district of the town, injuring a number of people.
