An INGO medical team was caught in a reported mortar attack from an alleged Turkish-backed Syrian militia as they attempted to enter the north-eastern town of Rashidiyya to provide medical aid. In the attack, one international staff member was killed after shrapnel hit his head and another international staff was wounded.
