One national male NGO volunteer was struck by aerial bombardment in the Idlib countryside near the village of Rayaka, while on route to respond to a civilian call. The volunteer sustained a serious head wound which he later succumbed to. Motive for the attack is unconfirmed, but considering the location and the marked vehicle it appears unlikely to be incidental.
