On 03 September, 2019, 2 IEDs, one was attached to a bicycle and the other to a motorcycle by an unidentified armed group, detonated in Azaz in northern Aleppo countryside killing 1 and wounding over 20 individuals assumed to have been civilians. One IED was planted near an orphanage center while the other near the market area. No fatalities were reported.
