May 29 in Chernivtsi city on the street. Gagarin, a local resident while conducting construction work in the residential sector - a man digging a trench to make the base for the fence - came across a suspicious object. Realizing that the find could be explosive, the man reported to her rescuers. Specialists of the Pyrotechnic Works Group of the SES Department of Pyrotechnic Works came to the scene and determined that the object found was an 152 mm WWII artillery shell. Pyrotechnics seized it and destroyed the ammunition in due course.
