Nine suspected Islamic state (IS) terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Mastung District of Balochistan in the night of October 22, reports Samaa TV. According to a CTD spokesperson, the Police raided the terrorist hideout after they received a tipoff from one of their sources. A cache of nine Kalashnikovs, prima cards, detonators, RPG rockets, and 20 kilogrammes explosives were recovered from their possession.
