The Venezuelan NGO Fundaredes reported an alleged bombing by the Venezuelan Army against a camp belonging to the National Liberation Army (ELN) in the state of Apure, which reportedly left several people dead or wounded. The organization shared a video with the AFP news agency showing bodies scattered on the ground, fallen trees, and the remains of what appeared to be a camp, located in a wooded, rural area of Apure. According to Fundaredes, the footage dates from Friday, October 30. Its director, Javier Tarazona, stated that a coordinator for the NGO observed the first nine bodies.
