On 20 October 2026, in the night, Russian forces struck energy infrastructure in southern Odesa region (coded to Izmail, Odesa) with unspecified weapon (coded as air/drone strike), damaging 3 DTEK electricity facilities. Around 32,700 households lost power across the Kiliiska and Katlabuzka communities and parts of the Safianivska community and Izmail. No casualties.
