On 21 October 2026, morning, fragments from the interception of 1 suspected Houthi drone fell in Shaybah Saudi ARAMCO (Al Ahsa, Eastern) resulting in a fire in a vehicle belonging to a contractor, killing 2 (1 Filipino; 1 Nepali) and injuring 2 others (1 Pakistani; 1 Indian). The Saudi Ministry of Energy claimed that the drone was targeting a processing facility at the Shaybah oil field, but the debris fell outside the facility's perimeter.
