On 13 October 2026, Russian forces struck a charity-operated water collection point in Kramatorsk, Donetsk, 3 times with an unspecified weapon, injuring 2 women seriously and a man. Separately, at 21:52, aerial bomb strikes collapsed a section of an apartment building, injuring a 58-year-old man and 3 women aged 38, 57 and 68. Six apartment buildings, gas station, and 2 shops were damaged; a private house and 3 cars were also damaged during the day. Seven people were injured in total.
