On 13 October 2026, Russian forces carried out drone attacks on Khmelnytskyi, Khmelnytskyi and its surroundings district. In Khmelnytskyi, ten strikes on the Epicentr logistics center caused 5 major fires and destroyed approximately 85% of stored goods; no employees were injured. In the Khmelnytskyi district, falling drone debris also caused fires at 2 private residential properties in the city and a petrol station in the district, injuring 2 people at the petrol station.
