A soldier was moderately injured today while practicing how to load a shell into a tank cannon, the Israel Defense Forces says. The serviceman was flown by helicopter to a nearby hospital for treatment, fully conscious, the military says. The IDF does not elaborate on the nature of the soldier’s injuries.
