On 8 October 2021, Turkish army UAVs carried out an airstrike in Kara Hancir (Qarah Hajir) area in Kirkuk. The attack hit a vehicle carrying 3 unidentified people (assumed to be unidentified militants), killing one of them and injuring other two.
