On 12 October 2026, warplanes (claimed by IRG forces but likely Saudi forces coded under ORH) conducted strikes against Houthi positions in Al Karbah hill (Sharab Ar Rawnah, Taizz). Casualties unknown. This was part of 1879 IRG 'targeting operations' using warplanes (claimed by IRG forces but likely Saudi forces), drones, field artillery, multiple rocket launchers and sniper units against Houthi forces, which destroyed and disabled 380 military vehicles and means. The IRG claimed their operations also caused 950 Houthi fatalities and injuries on that day, but this was not corroborated by independent or Houthi sources. Fatalities coded as 0 following the most conservative estimate.
