In the Indaw battle, military columns are suffering heavy losses and aircraft are circling and bombing with about 17 planes; in Ye, an attack on a military checkpoint leaves 3 soldiers dead

According to Indaw Revolution – IR and local news sources, in Indaw Township, Sagaing Region, military council columns have been nearly destroyed, and as a result the military has been carrying out circling bombing attacks using about 17 aircraft.

From October 25 through October 26, revolutionary allied forces surrounded and blocked a military column that had reached Laypyin Village in Indaw Township, inflicting many casualties and deaths among military council troops. It is also reported that a military column that came from Wuntho to reinforce that column was attacked and crushed by revolutionary allied forces at Gyointaung Ywama, resulting in heavy losses for military council troops.

Because of these attacks, the military council carried out circling bombing attacks from last night until today, October 26, using approximately 17 aircraft of various types, including jet fighter aircraft, against the areas of Laypyin Village, Peinne Inn Village, Jonekya Village, and Kwin Chaung Village.

“The enemy troops have become piles of fertilizer, so they are bombing Indaw with about 17 aircraft. From last night until today, the sounds can even be heard from Pinlebu. The military columns have nearly been wiped out, and there have also been many defections,” a local news source told Yangon Khit Thit News.
