According to local news sources, 14 civilians were injured after the military carried out aerial bombing attacks on Ywar Ba Village in Sub-township Area No. 6, Mingin Township, Sagaing Region, and on an internally displaced persons (IDP) camp located along the border between Shan State and Karenni State.

On 22 October, two gyrocopters that took off from the North-Western Regional Military Command carried out an aerial bombing attack on Ywar Ba Village in Sub-township Area No. 6 of Mingin Township. As a result of the attack, two men were injured.

A local revolutionary source said that the military used two 250‑lb bombs in the attack.

“The soldiers carried out the attack by dropping two 250‑lb bombs. Because of the bombing attack by the soldiers, two men were injured,” the source said.
