Large-scale Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv.

At least 25 missiles of various types were used. There were no interceptions, as Ukraine is still completely out of Patriot PAC-3 interceptors.

The target was primarily energy infrastructure, with the CHP-4 and CHP-5 Combined Heat and Power Plants being struck. Other targets elsewhere in the city were also hit.
