On 4 October 2021, in Hinthada township (Hinthada district, Ayeyarwady region), a bomb exploded in front of the Hinthada Township General Administration Office. Two more bombs exploded while the military forces were investigating the first explosion. The Delta Guerrilla Force and Urban Guerrilla Group later claimed that they jointly did the bombing. Three military soldiers were injured.
