Two soldiers killed after troops stationed at Kyatpyin village monastery in Tada-U Township were attacked

A representative of the Myingyan District (3) Naga Ni Guerrilla Force told Red Peacock News Media that an attack was carried out against troops of the terrorist military stationed in Kyatpyin Village, Tada-U Township, Mandalay Region, resulting in the deaths of two soldiers.

The attack was carried out by the Myingyan District (3) Naga Ni Guerrilla Force at around 6:30 p.m. on 17 October.

The terrorist military had been stationed at the Kyatpyin Village monastery and was collecting money when it came under fire from revolutionary forces. As a result, two soldiers were killed.

The Myingyan District (3) Naga Ni Guerrilla Force stated that after the battle, the terrorist military fired indiscriminately, and after 11:00 p.m., one reinforcement vehicle each was sent to Kyatpyin Village from Chaungsone Village and Gwegon Village.

A member of the Myingyan District (3) Naga Ni Guerrilla Force said:

“It is essentially acting as a security screen covering the whole of Tada-U. There was firing for quite a long time. They have been stationed there for a long time. It is effectively territory under their control.”

The attack was carried out by the Myingyan District (3) Naga Ni Guerrilla Force.
