The city of Lutsk in Volyn Oblast has been left without electricity following a Russian drone attack on 16 October.

Details: Razumovskyi said in the morning that the city had lost its electricity supply because of an attack by Russian drones. Municipal services are operating on backup power.

Background: Russian drones attacked Volyn Oblast on the evening of 15 October and debris from one of them struck power lines. It was reported that the city was experiencing disruptions to its electricity and water supplies.
