On October 12, unidentified militants opened fire and killed at least four villagers, including a minor boy, when they were attending a condolence service at B Gamnom village in Kangpokpi District, reports Imphal Free Press.The deceased have been identified as Paolal Kipgen (45), Yamkholam Khongsai, (58), Lalminthang Kipgen, (8). But, the identity of the fourth victim who was recovered from Bongbal Khullen is yet to be established. Another twowere identified as Lunjamang Kipgen, (17), and Lalmingun Kipgen (2), were injured
