On 3 October 2026, IRG and Saudi forces conducted 257 'operations', including 60 missiles and airstrikes by Saudi forces alone, against Houthi forces and positions in a number of areas, including Sanaa governorate (coded to Amanat al Asimah governorate capital Sanaa). The IRG operations were carried out using drones, artillery and rockets. The attacks resulted in the destruction of 170 combat vehicles and means, in addition to at least 700 fatalities on the Houthi side. Total fatalities coded as at least 700, and split across 39 locations. 18 fatalities coded to this event.
