A Russian drone struck a building at an educational institution in central Rivne on 13 October, injuring people and causing significant damage to the building.

Quote: "A UAV has struck the city centre… There is extensive damage and people have been injured."

Details: Koval said emergency services were working at the scene. He did not specify the number of people injured or provide information about their condition.

Earlier, the Air Force had reported a jet-powered UAV over Rivne Oblast heading towards Volyn Oblast.
