On 27 September 2021, in Momauk township (Bhamo district, Kachin state), a remote-controlled explosive on a motorcycle exploded near the police station where military solders stationed. DVB reported that three soldiers were seriously injured in the bomb blast. The Eleven Media reported that three solders and a tricycle rider nearby were injured. No party has claimed the responsibility for the act.
