On 28 September 2026, IRG forces conducted 356 'targeting operations' (coded as drone) against Houthi forces on a number of fronts, including on the front of Lahij governorate (coded to governorate capital Al Hawtah) (Al Hawtah). The operations resulted in the destruction of Houthi command and control centers, weapons warehouses, field artillery units, and military vehicles. They also caused 476 Houthi fatalities and injuries. Total fatalities coded as 238 (half of 476), and split across 10 locations. 24 fatalities coded to this event.
