On 28 September 2026, in Let Pan village (Waw township, Bago district, Bago-East region), the Myanmar military's Light Infantry Division 44 (LID-44) fired heavy weapons of four 122mm artillery shells and conducted drone strikes with four kamikaze drones into the area. The explosions struck local civilian agricultural plantations and orchards, and damaged the crops. Casualties unknown.
