On September 29, National Mobilization Front (NMF) fighters planted an explosive device inside the Sofa of the Ghor Governor's Office, and the detonation via remote control during an administrative meeting held by the Governor of Ghor killed General Administrative Director of the Governor's Office, two clerics who were officials of the Department of Urban Development, and three other officials of the Ghor Governor’s Office, and additionally, Hiatullah Mubarak, the Governor of Ghor Province; Mahbobullah, the Deputy Governor, two of the Governor's bodyguards, and six administrative officials of this province were severely injured, as posted on X.
