IED event in Balochistan, Turbat, Kech District area, Pakistan on Tue 22nd September 2026

One Quick Response Force (QRF) personnel member was killed, and two others were injured in a targeted attack with a remote-controlled bomb near the Jusak Police Station on the N-8 highway in Turbat town in Kech District of Balochistan, reports Zrumbesh on September 22. The attack reportedly occurred near the police station, although further details regarding the identities of the attackers and the type of explosive used were not immediately available. The incident occurred in the same area where the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) subsequently claimed responsibility for an attack on a military convoy and QRF team.
